Every purchase begins with a conversation about your needs and any variations to a piece that will compliment your living environment.

I am available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm mountain time to begin the conversation regarding your purchase. Variations to a piece might include your desire to have an end table built one inch taller or an inch smaller. I will provide you with an email order confirmation once we have finalized your purchase request. After your review of the confirmation, you can take care of the initial portion of your purchase with a 50% deposit of the total furniture order. When your furniture is close to completion, I will email you the final invoice which will include shipping and white glove delivery. The remaining balance will be anticipated prior to transporting the furniture to your home.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

My furniture is blanket wrapped and delivered to your home by professional movers.  The estimated professional transportation and white glove delivery of your furniture is approximately 10% of the final purchase price. The delivery of your furniture can take an additional 1 to 4 weeks depending on your location. Before shipping, I will contact you to discuss your schedule for receiving the furniture.

White glove delivery is always utilized, where available, to assure that you have a satisfying experience of your furniture installation. White glove shipping services provide the level of care necessary to ensure your furniture is transported safely inside your home. The white glove team, upon arrival, will handle moving the furniture inside your home and remove the packing materials for inspection before setting into place. The team will also perform any assembly needed to make your in-home furniture set up complete.

My furniture is designed and crafted to provide a lifetime of normal use in your home.

 
 

Therefore, I guarantee my furniture’s craftsmanship and wood materials for the life of the original owner.  Upholstery components such as fabrics, leather, and foam are warranted for five years against material failure. I take every precaution to ensure that your furniture arrives safely, however, sometimes unexpected damage can occur during this process. Please carefully inspect your piece at the time of delivery and note any damage on the paperwork provided by the shipping company.  I will attempt to make any needed repairs or replace any piece damaged during delivery. In addition, if you are not satisfied with the furniture I have built for you, I will allow you to return it within 15 days for a full refund less shipping.

FURNITURE CARE

Taking care of your furniture is accomplished by dusting on a regular basis with a soft dry cotton cloth. To remove light dust or brighten the finish occasionally, lightly dampen a soft cloth with furniture polish and wipe over the finish. Remove any excess furniture polish with a dry soft cloth.

To care for your leather upholstery, use a soft cloth or a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust. It’s also recommended to use a leather conditioner every 6 – 12 months to help clean and protect.
